Get Dataset Lineage

GET 
/v1/datasets/:dataset_id/lineage

Alias of GET /v1/lineage?node=dataset:{dataset_id}&direction=both&depth=3, wrapped as { lineage } for the dataset page. Same builder, same <type>:<id> node ids, same LineageGraph type. 404 when the dataset does not exist or the caller may not view it.
