Update Alert

Change any subset of an alert's configuration. Absent fields are unchanged.

No backtest here, deliberately: an update is a write and this response reports what was written. When you change a THRESHOLD, ask POST /v1/alerts/{alert_id}/backtest — that is the call that says whether the new line has ever been crossed, and it is safe to run in a loop while you settle on a number (/evaluate is not: it consumes the transition the alert fires on).
