Get Viz

GET 
/v1/viz/:viz_id

Get a viz by ID. Defaults to main branch.

If mode='edit', ensures a draft branch exists and returns files from it.

A branch this viz does not have answers 404, naming the branch and saying which ones exist. branch=draft is the common case: a viz has no draft until something edits it, so "no draft yet" is a routine state on the path an agent polls to see whether its edit landed, and it must be distinguishable from a server fault. It used to answer 500.
