Create Project Refresh

/v1/dbt/projects/:project_id/refreshes

Create a refresh schedule for a dbt project.

Convenience endpoint — equivalent to POST /v1/refreshes with projectId pre-filled. Body fields: name (required), cron (required), isActive (optional, default true).

Refused with 409 when the project has no dbt models AND no connection-backed source: every run of such a project builds nothing and fetches nothing, so the schedule would report success for ever and move no data.
