Cleanup Sql Queries
POST/v1/sql/cleanup
Remove expired SQL query results and report how many were removed.
A POST action rather than a DELETE on purpose (S1 in API_CONTRACT.md): a DELETE answers 204 with no body, and this call's whole point is the count.
